Halfway through the book... This book is truly life-changing. For the first time, I felt seen and understood. It gave a word to thoughts and feelings I’ve carried for a long time. The historical spiritual figures are deeply relatable and they gave me hope and inspiration about the essence of living in alignment with a higher purpose, using my spiritual gifts, and boldly pursuing my calling.

Read section 1. It helps gather and connect the puzzle pieces. Some tidbits of my life that are blurred became clearer. The reflection activity helps to bring it to the front.

I’m now on Page 26. I observed that when I read about the spiritual part, I felt what seemed to be a resistant or avoidant feeling. The first thing that comes to mind is judging myself on my previous decisions — from being a religious, devoted Roman Catholic believer to being astray, converting to Islam, and then hopping back to Christianity and believing the teachings of Buddhism and Stoicism. I felt like strings pulling my attention from different directions. But while reading Simone Weil’s, I gradually settled and at Page 26, I’m ready to read with acceptance of where I am at spiritually.

Sacred Dissonance speaks so much, even in the intro it holds powerful truths that allowed me to reflect back on my journey of healing. Never have I thought that there was a value of me being different "neurodivergent" I just saw myself as an outcast and someone who doesn't fit race, tradition, and culture. I didn't fit in the box of Christianity and I hated how I felt that it was condemning. I dived into mysticism looking for answers, read books on Buddhism, and I saw there was wisdom int heir teaching but still I couldn't identity myself in their religion. I knew I am a Christian i nmy heart but I couldn't proudly identify myself as one because I didn't fit in their mold. I was spiritually hungry and became a wanderer searching for truth and answer. Little did I know that my journey is a holy summon, a calling. Reading sacred dissonance spoke to my heart and allowed to reflect that indeed, it was that moment where I felt disconnected, lost, and alone has become the birthplace of learning to unmask myself from expectations, lies, and false beliefs that I have held on for so long. Page 9, spoke to me "the dissonance you feel may be the very birthplace of your truest becoming. We do not awaken our gifts in echo chambers. We awaken them through tension, truth, and spiritual courage." I am in a journey of wanting to unwrap my spiritual gifts and be able to boldy and fully step forward to my calling, and this book is speaking to me and is helping me gain the courage steo by step so I can surrender and fully express and discover my constrained gifts, without doubt and without shame of how I spiritually wandered so I find my truth and identity in Christ.

Not all tensions are frustrations—some are sacred dissonance. I’ve just started reading Sacred Dissonance by Master Coach A, and every word calls for deep reflection. This isn’t a book to skim through. It’s one to sit with and to digest slowly. It has shifted the way I see life stories not merely as biographies, but as mirrors that reflect my own journey of #Becoming. The book invites me to rethink success. This taught me that achievements don’t always equate to fulfillment. Sometimes, they only reveal a deeper spiritual hunger. As I reflect on my current path, I find myself asking: Am I living my true calling, or am I chasing ego-driven goals? Where is my energy truly going? Thank you, Master Coach A, for this sacred pause.
